Project Description

The project was inspired by the designers' reflections on today's urban residential areas. After observing the current situation of densely populated urban residential areas in some developing countries in the Asia-Pacific region, the designers answered the question of the low lighting quality caused by high density, while at the same time, the project is also a great enjoyment for the future housing. Our exploration of the house seems to stop at the upgrading of construction materials. In the form of a building, we seem to be used to creating a supporting structure and then creating other enveloping structures around it. When we build houses, we are used to building a square box and then digging a hole where the sunlight is needed, which is not a pious way to draw it. When we look at trees, the most experienced indigenous people on the planet, we find that in the jungle, no matter how dense the trees grow, they get as much sunlight as they want and grow healthily. At this point, trees seem to know how to embrace the sun better than we do. The mystery seems profound, but it is obvious that the trees stick their roots out into the ground to ensure horizontal stability. Then extend the trunk up, to ensure the stability of the vertical direction, and finally extend the branches and leaves to the sky, happy and frankly absorb the sun, all this is so natural. When we look at homes, we seem to be used to building "leaves" on "trunks" and complain about the lack of light. We are poor captors of trees. When we try to pull the building away from the structure. It can be as simple as three vertical bracing frames, with horizontal bracing plates protruding from between the adjacent frames, and finally, our house lies naturally on these frames, reverently drawing in sunlight. The project will become an ecological building when humans can efficiently use solar and geothermal energy. Our negative factors can be absorbed to form a virtuous circle of sustainable development.
